Hazel Dove See, 67, of Broadway , VA died April 17, 2012 at her residence.

She was born March 14, 1945, in Bergton , and was the daughter of the late Jesse & Nannie Simons Dove.

She worked at Metro Pants and Pilgrim’s Pride. She was a member of Bergton Gospel Center, and attended Harrisonburg First Church of the Nazarene.

On May 5, 1962, she married Dewey See, who survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Debbie See Shipe and husband Randall Shipe of Broadway; one grandson, Jesse Daniels of Harrisonburg; nine sisters, Barbara Wine and Betty Jennings, both of Harrisonburg, Catherine Smallwood of Grottoes, Ogretta Cook of Fredericksburg, Edith Hammond, Shirley Turner and Beatrice Hall all of Winchester, Agnes Martin of Bergton, Mildred Baum of New Market; two brothers, Charles Dove of Bergton and Jesse (J.R.) Dove of Front Royal.

She was preceded in death by one son, Dewey See, Jr. and by one sister, Virginia Breighner.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday at the Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.

Pastors Kerry Willis and Kevin Gerber will conduct a funeral service 11 A.M. Saturday at Faith Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Perry Moyer Memorial Cemetery in Bergton.
