Andrea "Andy" Leake Rhodes, 78, of Broadway, passed away on July 15, 2024 at Sentara RMH Medical Center.

She was born December 15, 1945 in Harrisonburg VA to the late Clarence "Tucky" and Ellen Webster Leake.

Andy was a homemaker and a very giving and caring person.

On August 17, 1963 she married Ronald Dale Rhodes who preceded her in death on April 19, 2016.

Andy is survived by her daughter Misty Rhodes of Broadway, sons; Robert Rhodes and wife Mary of Broadway, Mick Rhodes and wife Carla of Broadway, grandchildren; Ryan Trzicak, Eric Trzicak, Jessica Rhodes, Zachary Foltz, Andy Foltz, Jennifer Slagle, Michael Russel, 7 great grandchildren, sisters; Sandra Crippen, Joan Grandle, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by siblings; Cornell Leake, Olin Leake, Aubrey Leake, Donnie Leake, Jimmy Leake, Dennis Leake, AnnaBelle Fawley, Constance Knupp, Gwinette Furr.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 10 A.M. at Mountain Valley Cemetery,

The family will receive friends Friday August 16, 2024, from 6pm – 8 pm at Mrs. Rhodes' home.
