Annette Susanna Roadcap, 89 of Harrisonburg, VA passed away on February 16, 2024, at Brookdale Nursing Home in Staunton.

She was born June 1, 1934, in Zwickau Germany, to the late Alfred and Emma Neef. Annette worked in the German courthouse in Berlin Germany and studied English, Russian, and later Italian.

She married Nathan Frank on July 4, 1955, who was in the U.S. Army. Nathan Frank passed away on July 26, 1973, from Agent Orange at the age of 55.

Annette then remarried on June 21, 1975, to Alvin Eugene Roadcap who preceded her in death on January 9, 2017.

She is survived by her sister Petra Ristau of Berlin Germany; her son Larry Frank and wife Sonia, of Newnan GA; two grandchildren; Nathan R. Frank of Newnan GA; Dana P. Davidson of Dacula GA; her great granddaughter, Dominique M. Frank of Newnan GA.

Annette was a ballerina in her younger years and was always known for wearing heels regardless of the occasion. Her beautiful Hazel eyes could light up a room. She had a remarkable sense of fashion and loved to tell stories of her family. She was immensely proud of her family and will leave behind nothing but beautiful memories.
