Betty Lou Ritchie, 77, of Criders VA, passed away on June 12, 2024 at Harrisonburg Rehab and Health Center in Harrisonburg VA.

She was born on March 31, 1947 in WV, to the late Roscoe and Effie Combs Shipe.

Betty was a presser for Hartz and H.D.Lee Company in Broadway.

She married Harold "Doc" Ritchie who survives.

She is survived by a daughter, Sheila Reedy of Criders, granddaughter, Sarah Burkett and husband Chris, of Criders, great granddaughter Kairi Burkett of Criders.

At her request her body will be cremated, and a private service will be held at a later date.
