Brenda Kay Pennington, 64 of Quicksburg, VA passed away July 9, 2026 at Sentara RMH Medical Center.

She was born April 16, 1962 in Harrisonburg to Judith Kay Smith of Quicksburg and the late Garnett E. Crider.

Brenda was a homemaker.  She loved gardening, mountain riding, and spending time with her family.

On August 26, 2006 she married Donnie L. Pennington, who survives.

Also surviving in addition to her husband and mother, is one daughter, April Bennett of Broadway; one son, Jason Siever of Timberville; grandchildren, Brooklyn Bennett, Lea Bennett, Ethan Bennett, Dylan Siever, Jase Bennett, Ozzy Siever; one great granddaughter, Dalilah Montalvo; one brother, Glen Crider; and one sister, Diane Sheets.

At Brenda's request, she will be cremated and all services will be private.
