Carla Irene "Jo" Flick, 69, Harrisonburg VA, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 4, 2025 at Sentara RMH in Harrisonburg VA.

She was born March 14, 1955 in Harrisonburg to Sharon Ellen Emswiler Ritchie of Life Care in New Market and the late James E. Ritchie Sr.

Jo was a member of Grace Mennonite Fellowship, worked many years with Hospice and MRI and CT Departments with Sentara RMH and in the healthcare field most of her life.

On December 12, 1980 she married Nelson Eugene Flick who preceded her in death on November 19, 2022.

Jo is survived by son Chase Flick and wife Krystal of Broadway, grandchildren Lani Flick and Landon Flick, Daughter in law Sherry Ritchie of Broadway, sister Missy Wilkins and husband Jlee of Dayton, brother Jimmy Ritchie and wife Tammy of Timberville and numerous nieces and nephews, and special cousin Darren "Sport" Jones of Broadway.

In addition to her husband and father she was preceded in death by a son Adam Flick.

Per Jo's wishes her body was cremated.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday February 15, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Broadway Rescue Squad Banquet Hall in Broadway.
