Charles Eugene Webster, 46, of Lost City, West Virginia, passed away at his home.

He was born January 28, 1980, to Preston "Bugs" and Julia Webster.

Charles was a graduate of East Hardy High School, Class of 1997. He was a member of Valley Baptist Church in Lost City, where he found fellowship and community that meant a great deal to him.

Before his health declined, Charles enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He cherished time with his family and friends and will be remembered for the memories and moments shared with those who loved him.

Charles is survived by his parents, Preston and Julia Webster; his siblings, Bridget (Carlos) Bautista, Brian Webster, and Stacey Shifflett; and his nieces and nephews, Antonia, Toby (Crystal), Aiden, Landon, Mateo, and Gracie. He is also survived by his great-niece and great-nephew, McKenzie Bowman and Preston Paz.

He also leaves behind special friends Antonio Paz, Timothy Cool, and John Miller.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ralph and Alma Conley, and his paternal grandparents, Charles "Bud" and Bertha Webster.

Pastors Dale Smith and David Cox will conduct a funeral service 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Gospel Hill Mennonite Church near Fulks Run.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. There will be no services at the funeral home.

Charles will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace and be reunited with his Savior, Christ, and those who went before him.
