Christopher Lee Williams, 54, of Mt. Jackson, VA passed away November 30, 2025 at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital.

He was born on September 24, 1971 in Farmville, VA to Ramona Gale Smith Aquino of Waynesboro, and the late Rev. Douglas Leroy Williams.

Chris was a customer service coordinator at Andros Bowman.  He was a member of Windhaven Church where he served a large part of the worship team.  He traveled the country with multiple quartet groups singing gospel music.    He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and bluegrass music.  Chris had an exceptional love for his family.

On May 25, 2019 he married the former Kathy Hughes who survives.

Also surviving in addition to his wife and mother is his son, Brendan Williams of Staunton; daughter, Katlynn Hatter and husband Mark of Waynesboro; step-son, Kyle Dill of Edinburg; step-daughter, Katelyn Jefferies and husband Matt of Frederick, MD; step-father, Miguel Aquino of Waynesboro; sister, Kim Malloy and husband Joey of Buckingham; brother, Tim Williams and wife Lana of Waynesboro; 6 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and step-siblings.

His uncle, Doyle Williams, preceded him in death.

Pastor George Brewer will conduct a funeral service 2:00 PM Sunday at Windhaven Church in Mt. Jackson.  Burial will follow in St. Luke's U.C.C. Cemetery near Timberville.  The casket will be closed.  There will be no services at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.
