Obituary

On this day May 18,2023, her Lord Jesus said, "good and faithful servant, your pain and suffering are ended, "Welcome Home."

Deborah Kay "Deb" Beall died at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV. She had resided in Rockingham, VA. prior to coming to Franklin.

Deb was born in Rockingham County, Virginia August 17, 1953, the fifth and youngest child of the late Howard" Dusty" and Laura Stella Hensley Rhodes.

During her varied career she owned/operated a catering business, was a self-employed lawn/garden landscaper, and was a truck driver.

Deb greatly enjoyed gardening, canning her garden bounty, and readily sharing her produce with friends and neighbors. Her yard was a beautiful sight with many varieties of flowers, shrubs and trees. She enjoyed anything outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and birdwatching. She was a passionate animal loving mom to dogs and cats, having last owned her beloved Dobermans, Moses and Mattie and Missy, her cat.

Because of her final illness Deb did not realize her dream of "moving home" to West Virginia. Deb is now in her "Forever Home" with her Lord Jesus and is reunited with her son, Kevin Scott Beall.

Surviving is her longtime partner and fiancé Allen Wilfong of Sugar Grove, WV and Allen's mother, Sherry Wilfong. Also, surviving are her beloved Moses and Missy.

She was predeceased by her parents and beloved son, Kevin Scott Beall (February 24, 1977/September 16, 2017)

To honor Deb's wishes, arrangements are entrusted to Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway, VA. At her request all services will be private.
