Erma Loraine Ruddell Gullman, 96, of Broadway died November 12, 2023 at her residence.

She was born July 23, 1927 in Brooklyn, Washington to the late David H. and Ethel B. Burke Ruddell.

Erma served as a missionary in Africa under the Baptist General Conference from 1956-1996 before retiring.  She attended Morning View Mennonite near Singers Glen.

On June 12 1954 she married Pastor Kenneth John Gullman who preceded her in death on September 26, 2022.

Surviving are sons, David Gullman of Broadway, Ronald Gullman of Minneapolis, MN, Richard Gullman of Linville; daughter, Lois Gullman of Broadway; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; brothers, Thomas Ruddell of Port, WA, Charles Ruddell of Elma, WA, Greg Ruddell of Rodchester, WA.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Mark Gullman; brothers, Lewis Ruddell, Ellis Ruddell, Kenny Ruddell.

Friends may pay their respects and sign a guestbook from 9 AM – 7 PM Friday at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at Singers Glen Cemetery.  A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM Saturday at Morning View Mennonite Church.
