Frances (Jeanette) Marston, 90 of Timberville VA, passed away on July 28, 2025 at Timberview Crossings in Timberville VA.

She was born on August 21, 1934, in Mayland VA, to the late Jesse Carl and Mae Virginia Olinger Spitzer. Jeanette was the last survivor of her immediate family.

Jeanette was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed being with her family and friends.

She was baptized on July 19, 1968 to her loving and heavenly father Jehovah God. She spent many hours in ministry work. She loved all God's creations, especially her flower gardens.

On August 30, 1952 she married Robert M. "Bob" Marston who preceded her in death on December 18, 2012.

Surviving are sons, R. Stephen Marston of Timberville, Michael Marston and wife Janet of Timberville; grandchildren, Candice Hite and husband Chris, Kendall Wilson and fiancé Steve Staiti, Jackson Stokes; great granddaughter, Sydney Stearn; great great granddaughter, Aubrey Grace; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Marston Wilson, sisters, Patricia E. Wilt, D. Ann Cave; brother, Stuart "Sonny" Spitzer.

Mike Faquay will conduct a funeral service at 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway. Burial will follow at the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Harrisonburg.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 P.M. at the Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.
