Frederick "Fred" Ellsworth Miller, III, 64, of Fulks Run, died March 28, 2025 at his home.

He was born June 30, 1960 in Prince George, MD and was a son to Frederick Ellsworth Miller, Jr., of Linville and the late Patricia Geraldine Sturgess Miller.

Fred worked in maintenance for Old Dominion Rental before retiring.

On April 10, 1982 he married the former Wanda Shipe, who survives.

Also surviving are two daughters; Becky Nesselrodt and husband Shannon, of Broadway, Sarah Shantz and husband Ben, of Singers Glen, four grandchildren; Bennett Nesselrodt, Ava Shantz, Reece Nesselrodt, Evelyn Shantz, a brother; Martin Miller, of Hinton, three sisters; Theresa Miller Carter, of Corolla, NC, Lisa Ritchie, of Broadway, Lorie Arnwine, of Savannah, GA and his special beloved dog; Wilson.

Pastor Larry Rinard will conduct a Celebration of Life service 3 PM on Saturday, April 12th at the Grandle Funeral Home Chapel in Broadway.
