John Wendell Wine, 78, of Staunton, VA died December 29, 2021 at Augusta Health.

He was born March 20, 1943 in Mt. Sidney, VA to the late Nelson and Virginia Wine of Mt. Sidney.

John graduated from Middle River high School in 1962.  He went to V.C.U. in Richmond and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.   He worked in Washington D.C. as a graphic artist.  After his retirement he moved to Staunton, VA.

John is survived by his brother, Shelton Wine and wife Regenia of Waynesboro; many nephews and nieces; and his beloved kitty.
