Joy Elaine Moyer, 66, of New Market, passed away January 8, 2024 Harrisonburg Health and Rehab.

She was born January 15, 1957in Rockingham County, to the late Everett Michael and Leota Barbara Dove Moyer.

Joy worked for Good Life Corporation of New Market as a Program Coordinator.

She is survived by a son, Jeremy Moyer of Mount Jackson.

Joy was cremated and at this time there will not be a service.
