Kevin Bernard Quinlan, 68, of Mt. Jackson passed away March 7, 2025 at his residence after a battle with cancer.

He was born January 16, 1957 in Chicago, IL to the late Edward John and June E. Quinlan.

Kevin has been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years, and has worked as a field service supervisor for Riddleberger Brothers Inc. He enjoyed riding his Harley, entering and winning many BBQ competitions with his sons while perfecting his BBQ sauce, and making his family laugh with his sense of humor.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Joyce B. (Munro) Quinlan.

Also surviving are his children, only daughter, Kelly Jo Kerns and husband Donald of Harrisburg, IL; sons, Thomas Munro Tracey of Houston, TX, Kevin Walter Quinlan and wife Debora of Houston, TX, John Edward Quinlan and wife Brittany of Broadway; grandchildren, Dylan, Dustin, Kinsleigh, Jameson, Blakelyn, Jacob; siblings, Colleen Grubbs and husband Crazy Uncle Sam, Edward J. Quinlan, Kathryn Sanders and husband Forrest, Thomas R. Quinlan and wife Rebecca.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Blakeley Scott Quinlan.

Per Kevin's wishes his body will be cremated and there will be no service at the Grandle Funeral Home.

Pastor Brittney Lane will conduct a Memorial service at 6pm on March 14 at the Woodstock Presbyterian Church.  Burial will be private.
