Linda Lou Riggleman, 84, of Franklin, WV passed away August 4, 2025 at Pendleton Manor Nursing Home in  Franklin.

She was born June 9, 1941 in Harrisonburg to the late J. Paul and Ruby L. Garber Neff.

Linda was a baker and had worked at Aileen Manufacturing for 21 years.  She was a member of Solomons Lutheran Church.

Her husband, Paul E. Riggleman preceded her in death August 24, 2013.

Surviving are two brothers, Richard A. Neff of Franklin, Dwight Neff and wife Gina Ervolini of Franklin; numerous nieces and nephews.

Her sister-in-law, Nancy Neff, preceded her in death.

Pastor John Neff will conduct a memorial service 2:00 PM Sunday at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.  Per Linda's request, she was cremated.
