Marcella Bliss Fulk Turner

Marcella Bliss Fulk Turner, 87, of Fulks Run, was reunited with her beloved husband on September 16, 2026.

She was born September 6, 1939 in Rockingham County to the late Harrison James Fulk and Naomi Bliss Turner Fulk.

Marcella was a member of the Fulks Run Ruritan Club. She enjoyed cooking, especially Turner Ham pot pie, pizza and pimento cheese. She also enjoyed swimming and shopping, but most of all, she loved quietly watching her children and grandchildren at their sporting events.

On July 6, 1957 she married Miles Edward Turner who preceded her in death April 7, 2026.

Marcella is survived by one son, Darrel Turner and wife Joyce of Fulks Run; three daughters, Janna Blosser and husband Bobby of Timberville, Jennifer Bell and husband Don of Bridgewater, Julie Sengul and husband Yaz of Fulks Run; grandchildren, Richard Turner (Tracey), Jessica Stone (Phillip), Emilee Milne (Stewart), Jared Bell (Jessica), Maggie Long (Jacob), Hailey Custer, Logan Custer(Kayla), Cali Sengul; brother in law, Richard Hopkins; numerous great grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death along with her husband and parents are her sisters, Evelyn Shipe “Sis” and Linda Hopkins.

Services will be private. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 PM Sunday at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.
