Patricia Lucille Johnson, 55, of Fieldale, VA died June 22, 2025 at her residence.

She was born February 14, 1970 in Woodstock to Peggy Jean Baker Delawder of Broadway, and the late Marvin Custer Delawder.

Patricia worked at the Family Dollar Store.  She was a member and a greeter at Wilson Street Pentecostal Holiness Church in Martinsville.  She was a former founder of New Beginnings Church.

On June 20, 2009 she married Philip Johnson, who survives.

Also surviving in addition to her mother and husband are four daughters, Amanda Andrews and Kristin Andrews, both of Bridgewater, Cassie Hedrick of Illinois, Zehira Johnson of Fieldale; two brothers, Marvin Delawder of Mt. Crawford, Kevin Delawder of Timberville; three sisters, Karen Sellers, Peggy Hottinger, Angela Clatterbuck, all of Broadway; 6 bonus daughters; 27 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Her brother, Alan Delawder, preceded her in death.

Pastor Jamie Redd will conduct a graveside service 11:00 AM Friday at Runions Creek Cemetery near Broadway.

The family will receive friends from 7 – 8 PM Thursday at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.  The casket will be closed.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held July 12th at 3:30 PM at Wilson Street Pentecostal Holiness Church in Martinsville.
