Patricia Ann Weatherholtz passed away at the age of 87 on September 6, 2025 at the White Birch Communities Assisted Living Facility in Mt. Crawford, VA.

Pat was born in Shenandoah County near Forestville, VA on August 26, 1938.  She was the daughter of the late Robert Leighton Weatherholtz and Evelyn Messick Weatherholtz.

She graduated from New Market High School as class valedictorian in 1956 and Dunsmore Business College in Staunton, VA in 1957.  Pat worked for the federal government for 37 years in Washington, D.C. and Miami, FL.  After her career, she moved back to Page County and later Rockingham County. She was a lifelong member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church near Basye.

Pat is survived by her brother; Shelton Wayne Weatherholtz (Sandra).  She is also survived by two much-loved nieces, Robin D. Anderson (Lofton) and Tricia W. Powers (Benny).  In addition, she is survived by great nieces; Cassady D. Anderson (Bryce Freeman), Kristina Anderson and great nephew; Gage V. Anderson as well as great-great niece Ana Shenk and great-great nephew Chance Powers.  She derived much joy from hearing about all their activities.

A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, September 26, 2025 at Forestville Community Cemetery. There will not be any services at the funeral home.
