Penny Sue Ritchie Dove, 54, of Broadway, passed away on December 15, 2023 at her residence.

She was born September 23, 1969 to Jean Ritchie, of Broadway and the late Paul Ritchie.

Penny was a graduate of Broadway High School, had worked at Wendy's in Harrisonburg and McDonalds in New Market. She enjoyed the friendship of her co-workers at McDonalds. She was an outgoing person and enjoyed selling Avon.

On June 22, 2021 she married Billy Dove of Broadway.

Surviving in addition to her mom and husband are her brother; Paul B. Ritchie, Jr., of Broadway, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pastor Raleigh Rhodes will conduct a memorial service 2 PM Wednesday at Morning View Mennonite Church, 10116 Morning View Rd., Singers Glen.

There will not be any services at the funeral home.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway VA.
