Phoenix Allen Biller, 22, of Fulks Run, VA passed away November 17, 2024 at UVA Medical Center.

He was born July 11, 2002 in Charlottesville, and was the son of Billy E. Fulk, Jr. and wife Viola of Fulks Run, and Crystal Biller.

Phoenix was always happy and could brighten anyone's day.    He touched so many peoples life, and never met a stranger.  Everything to Phoenix was an adventure.  He was a big flirt, and loved spending time with his cousins.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are three brothers, Damion Cullers and fiancé Alice Taylor, Rusty Fulk, Scotty Fulk, all of Fulks Run; one nephew, River Cullers; 3 aunts; 4 uncles.

Phoenix was preceded in death by his grandparents, Billy, Sr. and Virgie Fulk, Bill and  Ella Biller, Evelyn Swain.

Pastors Scott Budde and Rich Reed will conduct a funeral service 2:00 PM Friday at Mtn. Grove Brethren Church.  Burial will be in the Mtn. Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 PM Thursday at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grandle Funeral Home, P.O. Box 114, Broadway, VA  22815, to help offset unexpected expenses.
