Ruel Byron Stultz, 93, of Mathias, WV passed away August 5, 2025 at his residence.

He was born December 8, 1931 in Mathias to the late Loy Byron and Sadie Lee Dispanet Stultz.

Ruel was a farmer.  He was a member of Martin Luther Lutheran Church in Bergton.

On December 10, 1955 he married the former Mary Mitchell, who survives.

He is also survived by his daughter, Gina Stultz of Mt. Crawford; brothers-in-law, Raymond Mitchell and wife Mary, George Franklin Mitchell; sisters-in-law, Hilda Mitchell May, Ina Mae Meadows.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Wanda Lynn Stultz; brother, Guy Stultz; and sisters, Theda Wintermoyer, Wilma Jenkins, and Viola Branner.

Pastor Jeff May will conduct a memorial service 1:00 PM August 14th at Martin Luther Lutheran Church.  Burial will be in the Lowry/Shipe Cemetery in Mathias.  Per Ruel's request, he was cremated.
