Sharon Elizabeth Lantz Presgraves, 72, of New Market, VA passed away December 27, 2023, at her residence.

She was born September 22, 1951 ,in Harrisonburg to the late Lora and Bessie Fitzwater Lantz.

Sharon was the former owner of Broadway Laundromat.

On March 3, 1989, she married Robert E. Lee Presgraves, who preceded her in death October 13, 2008.

She is survived by one son, Timothy Anderson and wife Faith of Timberville; two daughters, Kim Taggett and husband Craig of Palmyra, VA, Jenny Smith of Timberville; grandchildren, Codey Anderson, Whitney Anderson, Megan Boller, Brittany Lowe, Matthew Anderson, Ryan Anderson, Blaine Smith; great grandchildren, Jase Anderson, Ali Boller, Kade Anderson, Kenna Anderson; and one brother, Paul Lantz of North Carolina.

Her sister, Nancy Whetzel, and her brother, Bill Lantz preceded her in death.

Pastor Wayne Allen will conduct a memorial service 2:00 PM Saturday at Valley Central Church, 4610 Old Valley Pike, New Market, VA.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 PM Friday at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.
