Shirley Carol Shenk Blosser, 77, of Broadway went to be with her Lord and savior, February 10, 2024 at the Oak Lea Nursing Home at VMRC.

She was born December 27, 1946 in Page Co. and was the daughter of the late Amos and Nellie Painter Shenk.

Shirley worked in the cafeteria and library for Augusta and Rockingham Co. Schools and later volunteered at the Plains Elementary School.  She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Broadway.

On May 20, 1964 she married Carl Herbert Blosser who survives.

Also surviving is a son, Michael Blosser of Harrisonburg; daughters, Donna Blosser and partner Craig Cook of Broadway, Amy Blosser Miller and husband Travis of Bridgewater; grandchildren, Ashley Comer, Chase Comer, Marleigh Miller all of Bridgewater; one sister, Maxine Sullivan of McGaheysville, numerous nieces and nephews; her fur baby, Molly; and special caretaker, Stephanie Corral.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 14 siblings.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. at the Faith Baptist Church in Broadway.

Following the visitation all service will be private.
