Tammy Renee Delawder, 44, of Bridgewater passed away October 26, 2024 at the University of Virginia Hospital.

She was born September 19, 1980 in Harrisonburg to Dewey and Ruth Slabach Emswiler.

Tammy worked at Food Lion as a cashier. She was a member of Crosslink Community Church in Harrisonburg.  She loved her children and grandchildren and was always happy and always had a smile on her face.

Surviving is a son, Colton Emswiler and wife Hannah; daughter, Autumn Delawder and spouse Jerry Jameson; stepdaughter, Dominique Dean and husband Robbie; grandchildren; Baylor Emswiler, Riverlynn Emswiler, Lydia Jameson, Leilani Dean, Lincoln Dean; brothers, Shane Emswiler, Chad Emswiler and spouse Alex See; half-sister, Tracy Taylor; former spouse, Perry Delawder; stepmother, Frances Emswiler.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Harold and Annalea Emswiler and Andy and Ada Slabach.

Pastors Steven Estep and Verlin Emswiler will conduct a funeral service at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Bethel Mennonite Church, 18425 Runions Creek Rd, Broadway, VA 22815 .  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 6-8 P.M. at the Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway.

In lieu of flowers the family requested donations be made to the Grandle Funeral Home, P.O. Box 114 Broadway, VA 22815, to help offset funeral expenses.
